1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using WhatsPing you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

WhatsPing provides messaging, campaign, inbox, automation and analytics tools built on the official WhatsApp Cloud API and other channels. Features vary by plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the security of your credentials and API tokens, and all activity under your organization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send spam or unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, and to obtain valid opt-in consent from your contacts.

• Comply with all applicable laws and anti-spam rules.
• Respect recipients' opt-out requests.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

5. WhatsApp & third-party policies

Your use must comply with Meta's and WhatsApp's Business terms, messaging and commerce policies. Violations may result in suspension by Meta or by us.

6. Plans, billing & taxes

Paid plans are billed per organization, per month via our payment providers. Fees are exclusive of taxes. WhatsApp per-conversation charges are billed by Meta separately.

7. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled per our published policy.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the platform. You retain rights in your content and data.

9. Third-party services

Integrations (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, AI providers, payment gateways) are governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsPing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out here.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable policies.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order or our records.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version with an updated date.
